Barbara is the producer of The Job Auction Expo™ , a new "Auction-Style" recruitment event for displaced homemakers and creator of the Women On Career Break Network, a social networking site for women on career break. Barbara is the former owner of the Philadelphia Speakers Bureau a full-service lecture agency.

Prior to leaving the workforce, she was a Senior Job Readiness Trainer and Job Developer for 6 years at Temple University's Center fo Social Policy and Community Development where she helped over 5000 job seekers prepare for and enter the workforce. Barbara is a life long learner who lives with her family in Lansdowne, Pennsylvania.
